Finish With Confidence
A ten week accountability container to finish what you started - and share it with the world.
This is where you draw the line.
The product you were going to launch but have been “tweaking” for weeks? The project that lives in scraps and documents and you work on in fits every few months? The dream that you know how to chase but never quite get round to? The thing you put in a mental drawer but still can’t stop thinking about?
This is where you stop hoping, stop ‘one day’-ing, stop wondering.
This is where you finish.
“Having Kayte's perspective while I was working through my project made all the difference in me completing it. The reminders of all the typical feelings and parts of a project really helped me work through my emotions and keep moving forward with the action steps. FWC is structured yet flexible enough to work for anyone.”

In Finish With Confidence…
You will come back to your project without shame, reassess your goals and make a plan you’ll really stick to.
You’ll have accountability to make sure you are doing that work in your plan, little and often.
You’ll grow your confidence, plan a launch and share your work, at last, with the world.
How it works
FWC is not here to take up more of your time or give you something else on the to do list. It’s here to hold you as you finish the project you’re meant to finish.
It’s here as a promise to yourself; and a reminder that you keep promises to yourself.
It’s here as a guide and friend to scoop you back up when you fall down, and it’s here to build a finishing habit you can take into the rest of your life.
Finish With Confidence is an email based course - there’s nowhere you need to log in, it just lands in your inbox.
What will happen in Finish With Confidence?
+ Every Monday you’ll get an email from me on the theme of the week (you can see the themes below)
+ The email will be an encouraging pep talk with jumping off points and things to do to generate momentum
+ You reply to the email with your weekly check in - how it’s feeling, how it’s going, the good and the bad
+ I’ll reply with a supportive and personalised response, giving you some ideas of different steps to take or other perspectives that might help you
+ Each week you do a little more work on your project (based on the plan we make in week 2), taking you towards a finish point with weekly accountability from me

The small elephant in the room…
Depending on your other commitments and the size of your project, it may take you more than ten weeks. I don’t expect you to burn yourself out to fit into my timeframe! For larger projects we will set a mini deadline that is achievable within ten weeks, and you’ll have the structure to take you onwards towards finishing (you can add extra accountability at a later date too).
"FWC was a lovely, new experience for me, with clear 1:1 email-support every week from Kayte, to express my thoughts and emotions. It helped me to take steps every day, to cultivate love and trust for my project and to finish it by publishing it.” - Marianne

More stories from past participants…
“I felt that if I had some accountability and guidance then I would have more chance of making progress, as due to my day job and a tendency to procrastinate I was getting behind. I looked forward to the emails each week and… appreciated Kayte's observations. I did not have much experience of planning a project, breaking it down into tasks and FWC gave me some guidance of how to do that.
I would say to someone that if they were having trouble 'doing the work' to finish something then the investment is a good way of making one more accountable and seeing the project with a fresh eye.
I am glad I decided to join FWC. I was hesitating as I didn't want to invest in something that I didn't make the most of and feel I had wasted my investment. However the beauty of FWC is that you are working on your own project and making progress with that through the accountability and guidance - it is a great motivator and that is what has made the difference.”

“If you need a clear structure to guide you through and to finish a (massive) project, Kayte's work can support you. It brings you clarity, focus and love on your path to finish your unfolding project with confidence.”
Marianne
”What made the difference was having Kayte to talk with when things came up. I knew she was holding me accountable to do what I said I was going to do and that she would lovingly give me the advice I needed to hear, even when it was hard. I finished the main parts of my website and I've started sharing that with my email list and friends on social media. It feels so amazing to FINALLY finish something I started so long ago.
If you're on the fence about investing, you should definitely do it!”
Brittany
“In 9 weeks, my project is almost finished and by week 10 it will be done. This has been on my mind to do for goodness knows how many years! I now know it's possible to complete larger projects in a relatively short space of time. So I'm really excited about picking my next project!
If you’re thinking about joining FWC, just do it! Don't overthink it. If you buckle up and put an open mind to it, you'll get everything you want - and extra insights and learning about yourself that you can't even imagine right now. Kayte has this instinctive way of knowing, understanding, and articulating how you feel even when you don't quite know yourself. There's none of the usual meme style motivation; only refreshing and helpful perspectives. I never felt judged but always supported, understood, and that my feelings are valid.”
