100 episodes feels like a big deal for someone with trouble sticking to things and always coming up with new ideas, so I wanted to do something a little celebratory. Today, I am being interviewed by my good friend Lawrence Toye. As well as having the auspicious honour of being the first man on the podcast, Lawrence is a personal development coach who facilitates events and festivals, and also knows me from actual real life rather than the internet, so I knew he would do a great job. We had some questions submitted from Instagram and the newsletter which were all so deep and juicy and I’m so grateful for your investment in asking them - as you can guess we went off on tangents and didn’t get to every single question this time but I will circle back to any we missed in a later episode.
